It informed the basic situation of social logistics operation in 2017 and the measures and results of reducing the cost of logistics industry in recent years. According to the introduction, last year, the total volume of social logistics in our district increased by 7.57 %, of which the unit composed of express delivery packages and residents 'goods logistics is the project with the highest increase.

The press conference announced on the same day that the total social logistics volume of the region in 2017 was about 5.99 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.57 % over the previous year, but the growth rate has slowed down and the increase has narrowed by 2.01 %. The logistics consumption of residents such as express parcels generated by online shopping is the "main force" that drives the growth of total logistics in the area. The total logistics of units and residents 'goods is 8.804 billion yuan, an increase of 36.03 % year-on-year. The second largest increase in the total volume of renewable resources logistics was 13.7 %. The logistics industry helps to maintain the delivery of goods, reduce logistics costs, and help promote the development of the real economy.

In recent years, a number of policies, programmes and measures have been put in place at the national and autonomous levels to reduce logistics costs. Since 2013, the total cost of social logistics in the region has continued to decline, from 17.4 % in 2013 to 15.1 % in 2017.
